Keep a balanced diet

and regular physical exercise

Hydration

Drink plenty of water to flush out toxins and break down those stubborn fat cells through the lymphatic system. Remember, fat continues to metabolize 48 hours post-treatment, so water consumption is a crucial ingredient. Drink 2-3 Liters daily for the next 72hrs

Reduce Your Intake

Cut back on alcohol, caffeine, fatty foods, and extra carbs and sugars. These are things that can mess with your progress. By dialing down your setting yourself up for better results. 

Keep Skin Hydrated

 Hydrate your skin often. Use a mild moisturizer/sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30 on a regular basis.

Avoid Extreme Temperatures

 Avoid hot/cold temperatures to the treatment area for at least 48 hours post-treatment. No saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs, or anything that can dry or

damage the skin post-treatment

Avoid picking, scratching or rubbingthe treated areathroughout the course of your treatment
